Our client is an industry-leading engineering, procurement, and construction energy firm that designs and builds projects in solar, energy storage, and emerging energy industries. The Finance Manager supports management and operations with information, analytics, and financial services to achieve the company’s mission and execute its strategic plan.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models for analysis and decision support, subsequently improving upon existing project forecasting
- Identify innovative solutions to improve processes and develop key analytics to help drive informed business decisions
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound financial analysis
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all work performed
- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in an FP&A group
- Previous experience working for a private equity owned company
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required with the ability to create and maintain complex financial models
