Responsibilities
- Provide application support across multiple front office applications; user support, incident management, change management, service management, etc.
- This person will be expected to have come from a fixed income background and will focus on stock loan support
- SQL, Python/PowerShell automation, and AWS
- 2 years of front office application support experience
- Proficient SQL query skills
- Strong understanding of change management, service management, incident management, etc.
- Fixed income background with equity understanding
- Windows environment background
- AWS understanding a plus
- Python/PowerShell automation experience
- Stock Loan Support experience a plus
