Technology Chief of Staff

About The Company

Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries. The Technology Chief of Staff will support the CITO in managing the information technology function and aligning them with the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the agile transformation initiatives across the technology function
• Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business goals and priorities
• Coordinate and facilitate the technology governance, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation processes
• Manage and monitor the technology portfolio, projects, and programs
• Establish and maintain the dashboard and reporting framework for the technology function, providing visibility, transparency, and insights to the stakeholders
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the CITO, the technology leadership team, the business stakeholders, the executive team, the portfolio companies, and external partners
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in technology management, project management, or consulting roles
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technology projects and programs
• Ability to understand complex ideas and summarize them
• Expertise in change management, agile methodologies, and performance reporting
• Strong knowledge and experience in technology strategy, governance, architecture, and innovation
  
  

Salary Range

$250,000–$300,000
