Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems for surveillance purposes.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, ensuring that all security measures are in place.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following established protocols.
- Provide loss prevention services by identifying potential theft or fraud situations.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Assist in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
