Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent loss or damage to property.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations before they escalate into more serious issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Security.
- VALID CT guard license.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
- Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
