Arrow Services Inc. operates in Indianapolis, Kokomo, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Northwest Region and our corporate headquarters is located in Plymouth, IN.
We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Professional Sales Associate for our Fort Wayne Indiana Office.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent work ethics, be a self-starter with the ability to make quick and accurate decision's while working in a fast paced environment.
Previous sales experience in a service industry will be a big plus.
Responsibilities to include:
*Increasing our market share in the Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors.
*Maintaining knowledge of select customer programs
*Communicating effectively with customers and prospective customers
Requirements to include:
*Excellent written and communication skills
*Skillful negotiation and presentation skills
*Aggressive follow up and closing skills
*Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
