Your Role as Machine Operator III :
You ll operate and maintain advanced machinery to produce quality products, meet deadlines, and uphold safety standards. As a versatile team member, you ll contribute to process improvements and provide leadership when needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate various equipment, including presses, saws, heat guns, hot wire tools, and more.
Perform setups for complex machinery and evaluate its readiness for production.
Train fellow team members on machine operations and processes.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production challenges.
Inspect parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
What You Bring to the Table :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Proven expertise in operating and setting up complex machinery (Operator II level experience required).
Strong blueprint reading, advanced math skills, and familiarity with metric and standard measurement tools.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Leadership qualities and a passion for training others.
