Responsible for associate credentialing and compliance process and follow-up, including: Maintains applicant tracking systems, including but not limited to system and ShiftWise. Sources for new candidates. Keeps the system associate data base updated and associate searches accurate. Responsible for creating and maintaining associate files.

Duties
- Assists the team with answering phones. Greets applicants, associates and visitors.
- Provides a smooth onboarding process for associates, which includes:
- o E-Verify
- o Send onboarding documents
- o Greet and set up applicants on computer
- o I-9 & W-4
- o WOTC
- o Additional onboarding documents as assigned
- Collect timesheets from employees on a weekly basis, ensuring all submitted timesheets are complete.
- Proactively follow up with employees and/or customers to resolve any issues with timesheet submissions and address any discrepancies.
- o Follows up with associates to gather all necessary certification and compliance
- o Tracks and documents certifications, license, tb test, physical, etc.
- o Tracks and documents compliance background checks, drug screens
- o Verifies licenses
- o Assists Associates to schedule tb tests, physicals, etc.
- o Updates all compliance and credentials as they expire
- o Provides list of Applicant/Available to Recruiters daily.
- Enters available associates in VMS
- Scans VMS for new postings
- Matches Associates in VMS
- Enters filled VMS orders in system
- Updates compliance documents in all applicants tracking systems
- Calls New Applicants in system on a daily basis and sends welcome emails.
- Sets interviews from job posting resumes
- o Assembles new hire files
- o Monitors files for expired compliance and reaches out to update documents
- Fills job orders as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Medical terminology
- Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Typing 45wpm
- Excellent spelling, grammar and ability to write emails
- Comfortable with Microsoft office suite, including word, excel and outlook
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Familiar with VMS - ShiftWise preferred
- Strong sense of urgency
- Goal oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy atmosphere
- A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
- 4-year college degree preferred.
Salary : $21
