Type of position : Full Time / Temp to Hire
Starting Pay : $20-$26
Schedule : M- F : 8 A- 5 P
What Youll Do :
Manage a high volume of incoming email correspondence, researching and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
Conduct extensive research to update and maintain accurate customer records
Convert emails into cases using Salesforce and track resolution progress
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support customer service operations
Process sales orders in SAP to support internal teams
Handle simple contracts and purchase order requests related to customer accounts
Cross-train on various responsibilities to provide backup support as needed
Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned
What Were Looking For :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bachelors degree in business or a related field
Proven job stability with a track record of reliability and commitment in previous roles
At least one year of experience working in a professional office environment.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to review and process large amounts of information
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with SAP and Salesforce
