Join a leading manufacturer known for innovation and quality in environmental monitoring sector. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer relations and drive sales performance.
Position Highlights :
Starting Pay : $17 / HR.
Location : Redlands, Ca
Schedule : M – F : 7 : 30 A – 4 : 30P (flexible schedule)
Type of Position : Temp to Hire
What do you need to be considered?
Required :
High school diploma or equivalency.
Preferred :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Must have U.S. work authorization.
A day on the job will entail but is not limited to :
Generate and email business customers written quotations.
Accurately enter and follow up on purchase orders within our computer system.
Process and handle requests for sales reps and distributors including literature and demos.
Maintain and prepare various sales reports as requested.
Make informed product recommendations that are cost-justifiable.
Provide high-quality communication with customers via email and telephone, escalating complex issues to Applications Engineers as needed.
Become an expert on our product offerings through a comprehensive training program.
Adhere to ISO 9001 compliance procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to work efficiently on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Capability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
