Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2 years prior B2B inside sales, customer service, or data entry experience (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (preferred)
- Ability to travel 50% or more (preferred)
- Experience with PowerPoint presentations (a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers
- Ability to prioritize, excellent organization, and attention to detail
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
- Desire to make sales their career and eventually move to outside sales
- U.S. work authorization (required)
Responsibilities:
- Generate and email business customers written quotations
- Enter purchase orders into the computer system and follow-up
- Process requests for sales reps and distributors (literature, demos, etc.)
- Maintain and prepare reports, as requested
- Make cost-justifiable product recommendations
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone, and route more complicated questions to our Applications Engineers
- Become a product knowledge expert
- A comprehensive training program is provided
- Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to type and work efficiently on a computer
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods is required

Salary : $2,947 - $3,293
