Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Arrow Staffing is partnering with a reputable sign company to find a motivated Shipping Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the shipping and receiving process, ensuring that all products are accurately tracked and delivered on time. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key to success.

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: 7:25am to 3:55pm Monday through Friday

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Pack orders to specification based on sign type.

Process UPS, FedEx, and common carrier shipments.

Float to other departments as needed to maintain productivity.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to use/learn shipping software such as UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, and various LTL freight shipping methods.

Ability to read and comprehend work orders and instructions.

Good vision (close, distant, color, focus).

Regularly lift 10 lbs., frequently lift over 30 lbs., occasionally lift over 45 lbs.

Stand most of the day, as well as crouch, bend, and reach.

Work will be conducted in a production environment where the noise level is generally moderate.
