Shift: Tuesday to Saturday - 12 am to 9 am

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications / Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications.
- Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
