IT Strategic Account Coordinator

Direct Hire Role
As a Strategic Account Coordinator for our IT Technical staffing firm, your primary focus will be maintaining and enhancing client relationships while coordinating daily sales and recruiting activities to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and efficient delivery of IT talent.
Working in conjunction with the Sales Leadership and Primary Account Owner, key responsibilities will be:
Client Relationship Management (40%)
- Serve as additional point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services
- Regular check-ins, issue resolution, and proactive communication with the client
- Conduct reference calls with top candidates to help drive leads to sales leaders.
- Identify and report on client concerns, provide solutions and alternatives
- Identify, report on and resolve client issues, escalate when necessary
Recruiting Delivery Coordination (40%)
- Open and manage new Job Requisitions in CRM
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback to the recruiting team
- Monitor the progress of open requisitions and provide updates to clients
- Collaborate with onboarding team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process
- Manage candidate submission and interview process
Account Management and Growth (20%)
- Develop account strategies to expand services within existing clients
- Identify and pursue new client contacts / opportunities
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM / ATS systems (Ceipal / Hubspot)
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management or recruiting within the IT staffing industry
- Strong understanding of IT environments, technologies, and roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience coordinating with recruiting teams
- Proficiency with CRM software and workflows
- Strong organizational and time management skills
