Job Description: Golf Shop Assistant
Key Roles:
- Assist the Director of Golf as directed for daily operations of the Golf Shop
- Oversee Range Crew staff and assist with training or implementing new SOP’s
- Assisting with Golf Shop Operation
- Operation of Club Caddie (POS) System
- Maintain a clean and friendly work environment
- Merchandise Sales and Membership sales
- Answering Golf Shop phone calls and assist callers as needed
- Working a minimum of 32 hours per week in the Golf Shop (Closing shifts 1:00pm-9:00pm)
- Assisting with Membership Operation/Relations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting membership with all their golf or athletic related needs
- Assist with tournaments and events to ensure smooth operation as directed
Time off:
Requests for time off are subject to the needs of the Golf Shop/Memberships calendar and the Head Golf Professionals’ and the Director of Golfs’ approval.
Pay Structure:
Hourly Rate: $15 to $20 per hour based on experience
