Project Manager Public Works

About the Role:

The Project Manager for Public Works will be crucial in overseeing and coordinating various public infrastructure projects to enhance community services and facilities. This position ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with local government agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders to identify needs and develop practical solutions. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in public works or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of road maintenance and homeowner association regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working with local government agencies and community organizations.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a public sector context.

Responsibilities:

• Planned, executed, and finalized public works projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and community members, to ensure the project meets community needs.

• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and proposals to stakeholders and governing bodies.
