Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Care for trees and shrubs through pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor spaces.
- Monitor the health of plants and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of garden care practices including lawn care techniques.
- Familiarity with tree care methods and equipment operation.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
