We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed to support the understanding of Arrowhead’s products, services, and client promotions, ensuring we meet our clients' needs. This is a primarily support-driven role under the supervision of the Account Manager and Account Director. While the position can be remote, in-person training will be required upon hire, along with monthly travel to Grand Rapids, MN. Training will include both formal sessions and on-the-job learning, and the successful candidate must be able to attend all provided training sessions.

Account Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance and manage the promotion and setup documentation process.
- Execute and monitor program results to ensure they meet expectations.
- Provide adhoc reporting on program statuses.
- Offer client support for active programs, including attending client status meetings and documenting/distributing meeting notes.
- Act as an internal resource for program clarification and support.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Account Coordinator Skills/Qualifications:
- Manage client inquiries and requests before and after launch via phone, email, video conference, or calls.
- Develop and write various documents and checklists needed for program setup.
- Attend and provide updates at internal and external weekly status meetings (both remote and in-person, as required).
- Develop and maintain schedules for tracking internal department statuses on program launches and activities.
- Provide guidance on invoicing, funding, and related processes.
- Write work orders, funding requests, and specification revisions.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in electronic business settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and File Explorer.
- Effectively respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
- Display excellent organizational skills.
- Possess the ability to solve practical problems in various situations.
- Learn and understand client businesses and promotions across a variety of channels, including refunds/rebates/coupons, sweepstakes/contests, call center activities, database management, direct mail/product sampling, and marketing reports.
- Ability to work in a shared environment with colleagues, as needed.
- This role may require occasional travel within and outside the state, up to 10% of the time.
Account Coordinator Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in internet and social media platforms.
- Experience with Google Data Studio is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid or in person. If working remotely, your training will begin in-person upon hire; from there monthly in person meetings in Grand Rapids, MN are required. Employees must be able to attend all training offered by Arrowhead.
- The work environment is generally quiet, though it may include a shared workspace.
