We’re on the lookout for a Sales Representative!!
As a Sales Representative, your main focus will be to drive new business acquisition by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. This is a predominantly field-based role, offering flexibility to work from the field, home, or office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads & Build Relationships: Network with prospective companies to schedule meetings and present opportunities, reaching out to 25-50 new contacts per week.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring continued business growth.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize Dynamics 365 as the core CRM and quoting tool to track both current and prospective sales, maintaining an organized and dynamic pipeline.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions from our service offerings that best fit those needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an exceptional sales experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Execution: Evaluate leads, initiate contact, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals as outlined by the assigned sales metrics and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Customer Relationship Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving sales.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations.
- Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in person. If working remotely, your training will begin in-person upon hire; from there monthly in person meetings in Grand Rapids, MN are required. Employees must be able to attend all training offered by Arrowhead.
