Responsibilities :
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and mail.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
- Cover the sales floor and assist customers.
- Log prospects and sales activity in our system.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Comply with relevant regulations (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, FTC Safeguards Rule).
