Residential Manager
Our Residential Manager is directly responsible for the management of residential services within their assigned area of Arrowhead West. This position is an excellent opportunity to lead the residential program in fulfilling our mission to empower people to live meaningful and productive lives. The essential responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with support teams to assist individuals we serve to increase independence, increase community participation, and achieve healthy lifestyles.
- Monitoring the quality of services provided to person served.
- Building teamwork and communication strategies for program.
- Provides coaching, mentoring, training, guidance and feedback to the residential team.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual we serve.
- Overseeing the safety and appearance of our agency and client owned/rented homes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) and six months experience in disability supports OR the requirements for the State of Kansas to include a minimum of six months experience in the field of human services AND either a Bachelor’s degree or additional experience in the field of developmental disability services, which may be substituted for the degree at the rate of six months of full-time experience for each missing semester of college. Must meet registration requirements to provide case management services through the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS).
