About the Role
- Drive Product Innovation: Collaborate with Design & Development, Brand Writing, Packaging, Engineering, Costing, and Finance teams to bring excellent and profitable products to market.
- Strategic Thought Leadership: Demonstrate strategic and creative thought leadership, applying consumer and social insights to drive product innovations and identify unmet needs.
- Global Insights Expert: Be the global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist, contributing to insight-led product development and leading product-specific research initiatives.
- Regional Partnership: Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends & challenges, share best practices, identify growth opportunities, and provide guidance on local plans.
- Data Ownership & Integrity: Own and navigate critical data entry and forecasting information, ensuring the integrity of that information throughout internal systems across the portfolio.
- Impactful Communication: Deliver highly impactful presentations to internal team members, partners, and retail accounts, clearly articulating product strategies and performance.
- Consistent Communication: Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners, fostering alignment and transparency.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze data and share insights on product performance and marketing impact, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing partners on regional marketing and merchandising activities relative to the category plan, ensuring cohesive and effective execution.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development of overall go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market presence.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Analytical skills: Experience in analyzing POS, NPD, and other data-reporting systems; ability to understand and interpret qualitative data relating to consumers and brands.
- Presentation skills: Capability to provide sophisticated information in a compelling way using story to persuade an audience.
