What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master/Project Manager position at ARROWMINDS INC?
Job Description:
Looking for Scrum Masters who have experienced leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scaled agile program. Will need to work with the team in adopting and establishing SAFe best practices (ceremonies, sprint metrics, coaching teams, partnership with peer scrum masters, IT, and the business). Should be able to work with Production Owners / Managers to maintaining healthy product backlog, run day to day scrum activities, identify and any impedements, identify dependencies with in and external teams and coordinate to complete the work.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Skills
Understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile Principles, Conflict Resolution, Motivation & Empowerment, Analytical Skills, Clear & Concise Communication
Desired Skills
Lean Agile Principles, Knowledge of PI Planning, Knowledge of on-premises and Cloud related Java application development / testing / deployment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
