Position: Property Manager
Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential portfolio. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining property occupancy rates, ensuring Tenant and Owner satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and overseeing maintenance for their assigned residential portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Handles Tenant inquires
- Works with individual property Owners
- Advertise vacancies and complete showings
- Complete rental applications and Tenant screenings
- Completion inspections on periodic basis
- Property maintenance management
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements and renewals
- Maintain knowledge of the local market and housing trends
- Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
- Accept rental payments and provide receipts
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Proven working experience in property management
- Understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
- Up-to-date knowledge on the local real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
- Real Estate License preferred
