Essential Job Functions :
- Serve as a growth lead to drive all aspects of proposal development (solutions, writing, pricing, etc.) for Federal Civilian and / or Defense opportunities.
- Analyze RFIs and RFPs for customer requirements and develop a solution that fits the customer's needs.
- Understand the competitive landscape and develop price-to-win strategies to submit winning proposals.
- Develop thought leadership pieces, including white papers, lead prototypes, and proofs of concepts relevant to opportunities.
- Conceptualize an innovative technology strategy and execute against that strategy.
- Interact with senior-level customers to build relations, introduce new technologies, and present opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to infuse technology, Agile principles, and human-centered design best practices, where applicable.
- Approach IT solutions from multiple perspectives (business, organization, security, data, and technology).
- Understand new technology solutions to present design and implementation details to customers.
- Able to execute within the small business regulations, specifically those related to the SBA 8(a) program.
