Responsibilities
This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Qualifications
Customer service and communication are priority one!
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Must be reliable, ability to work a 40 hour week (Saturdays OR Sundays required)
Sense of urgency coupled with great organizational skills
Prior work experience with in a call center...is a HUGE plus!
