ARServices is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development Directorate (RD) Front Office. In this position, the candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to five of RD’s departments.
The candidate will work with government project managers and budget specialists in those departments, along with external stakeholders to ensure seamless flow in information leveraging various sites, to include and not limited to MicroSoft Teams, SharePoint and various drives. The candidate’s primary focus will be supporting the directorate’s portfolio audit readiness under the direction of a senior A&AS budget analyst. The candidate must be familiar with or willing to learn the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s knowledge management practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate flow of data.

Required Qualifications:

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Perform functions as Web Content Manager for RD PMO Audit team.
- Update and maintain SharePoint (SP), Microsoft Team and j:drive sites and pages, including lists, libraries, media content, and other web parts.
- Manage access to sites, including assigning and removing permissions, creating and maintaining areas with restricted access for sensitive material, and enforcing SP and DTRA best practices and policies for site governance and security.
- Create and update trackers for deliverables, tasks, and events for divisions.
- Troubleshoot local SharePoint issues and coordinates with agency IT to resolve SharePoint issues at the agency level (ex. server connectivity, system outages, etc)
- Train secondary Web Content Managers as required.
- Train user community on SharePoint-related topics and functionality.
- Complete ad hoc requests from government leads, task leads, and other users.
- Assist other RD departments with SharePoint requests, issues, and O&M.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow from the auditor team, external directorates and internal RD Front Office, department and division stakeholders.
- Support development, version control, and quality control of briefings and other engagements with the RD Front Office and other organizations as directed
- Fully and effectively collaborate with an existing cross functional front office team. Assist or lead other front office activities as directed with priority placed on teamwork.
- Perform other tasks as required
Active/current Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, or business-related discipline
- At least five (5) years of financial analysis/management experience
- 5 or more years’ experience in knowledge management, with a deep understanding of Microsoft suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience developing and presenting complex information to senior Government officials using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Skills in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Collaborative tools (MS TEAMS, Skype, WebEx, Adobe Connect)
- Prior experience working at DTRA or within other DoD organizations.
