What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Representative position at Art F/X Screenprinting & Embroidery?
Art F/X Screen printing & Embroidery is seeking a self-motivated individual to serve as our receptionist, who operates at the hub of our company. A customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance. You will be the first greeter for every guest and all of our staff, every day, so your good cheer, competence, and enthusiasm are required. Must be organized, a multi-tasker, and a problem-solver.

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and department
- Greet customers and notify appropriate person of their presence if applicable
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Take and apply payments over the phone and in person
- Contact Customers for order pick-ups
- Accurate and detailed data entry
- Daily communication with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery of orders, as well as administrative support
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Works well with numerous personality types
- Other duties as requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
