About the Role:As an Entry-Level Order Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in processing and managing customer orders from start to finish. You’ll ensure accuracy in data entry, monitor order progress, and communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve any issues. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive mindset to improve processes as we continue to grow and automate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Perform manual data entry when required, ensuring error-free transactions.
