What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Management Analyst position at Hisense USA?
Employment Type: Contractor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive customers' Purchase Orders (POs), validate and process them within 24 hours from PO receipt date.
- Share any discrepancies with related teams immediately to request PO Change (POC) and follow up until POC is completed and receive Perfect PO for execution.
- Check daily inventory status and notify Inbound team for priority models to expedite receiving for on-hand open POs.
- Optimize POs in terms of building FTL by working with Sales to collect additional POs in case PO quantity is small
- Maintain Customers' requirements such as RDD compliance, Shipping Windows and Delivering Windows, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field of study
- Some Supply Chain experience with customer order management and/or international trade experience
- Must have knowledge of SAP or Oracle and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Table & Lookup function are required)
- Ability to create reports and data management to track open orders from receipt to delivery (on-time performance) and expense analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have time management and prioritization skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented and goal-driven
- Ability to work in extensive manual work environment
