What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Setup and Warehouse Crew position at Art of the Event?
Summary: Art of the Event provides exceptional, customized experience for corporate clients and event planners across New England, with the goal of delivering wow-factor at every set up.
Event Setup and Warehouse Crew performs tasks related to the storage and packing of event prop and decor items in the Art of the Event warehouse as well as packing and unpacking delivery trucks for event set ups.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in pulling and prepping of inventory items for events
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Cleaning and touching up of props
- Setting up and breaking down of décor
- Qualified applicants should also be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Drivers license required; comfort driving a 15 ft box truck is a plus
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Reliable
- Ability to take direction and respond to new tasks quickly.
- Works well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
