Fastly growing company is hiring for the vacant position of Customer Service Representative(CSR)!
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Calling our customers in regards to their inquiries
Receiving inbound phone calls and assist customers to resolve their issues
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services
Communicate with our clients via e-mails as well, promptly and professionally
Requirements are as follows:
Excellend knowledge of English language, both oral and written
Multitasking skills, ability to work in a bigger team
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.42 - $19.43 per hour
