[Responsibilities]
- Train and Oversee the performance of sales associate.
- Ensure efficient inventory management.
- Optimize product placement and in-store displays.
- Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage product receiving.
- Analyze sales data.
- Sourcing new products.
[Qualifications]
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent skills in performance analysis.
