Job Title : Accounts Representative

An Accounting Representative with extensive experience is responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, managing financial transactions, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's goals. This role involves a high level of expertise and leadership in accounting.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Develop and manage budgets, as well as forecast future financial performance. This includes monitoring variances and making necessary adjustments. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized. Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns. Keep up to date with tax laws and regulations. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making. This may involve cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Assist in the preparation for financial audits and work with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations. Be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant platforms. Provide financial advice and guidance to management, helping them make informed decisions.
Qualifications : Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet scheduled deadlines Accuracy with data entry Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years experience in a position relating to accounting or finance Must possess a detailed understanding of the Project Systems (PS) module within SAP (OneSource) Must be comfortable with Client Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
