Job Description : Art Director
Responsibilities :
Create for a range of channels. Design primarily for branded environments, but the scope of work will cover a broad range of integrated touchpoints including print, digital, OOH, packaging, environmental branding, visual merchandising, retail design, experiential events and brand activations.
Own design through the end-to-end creative process from white space concepting to partnering with teammates, agencies and vendors to bring visions to real life.
Craft compelling stories that sell through creative visions.
Design creative for a range of print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, and social media.
Brainstorm big concepts one day and tackle detail-oriented projects the next.
Collaborate with a lot of smart people.
Work with team copywriters, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists.
Work with partners internal marketing and line-of-business.
Create marketing that cuts through the noise.
Use strategy to inform your creative decisions.
Understand the importance of integrated thinking across channels, products and audiences, while staying true to the brand.
Learn from consumer insights and let them influence work.
Be willing to push the process and mindsets of others to create great customer experiences and strengthen the brand.
Get stuff done. On time. Every time.
Manage multiple deadlines on numerous projects happening at the same time.
Deliver error-free work, using best practices with keen attention to detail.
Listen to and incorporate feedback.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of professional design experience in relevant industries and channels
At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience with a 3D or spatial design software (Adobe Substance, Sketchup, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience working with a digital design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications :
Has created a portfolio of creative work, including but not limited to experience and / or environmental branding, activation and design
Experience storyboarding, sketching or wireframing to convey conceptual, big thinking
Video / motion design experience not required but a plus
