Candidate Care Coordinator
Tampa FL
Hy brid Schedule 50% Onsite local Candidates ONLY!
3 months (initially, with potential to be extended).
NOT looking for a recruiter with years of experience, looking for a candidate that assists the recruiter!
The pay is $26.41 an hour!
Required Skills :
- High School Diploma required.
- Spanish speaking and writing required.
- 1 years of HR Admin / Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience preferred .
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Client Office suite, specifically .xls.
- Strong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proactively embraces new trends, education, technology and tools.
- Understanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) specifically around compliance and tracking of cases.
- Understanding of the multiple phases of employment sponsored green card applications, specifically PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaign.
- Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities.
- Physical demands : Long periods of sitting in front of a screen.
- Hours are normal business hours based on business needs.
Project Description :
Actively working within Paradox and Outlook to schedule interviews and provide timely status updates.
Participation on TAE project teams, including global projects.
This 3 month position starts ASAP.
