The Financial Services line of business at
Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively sourcing and managing candidates for the Financial Services line of business. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners
Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience sourcing Sales candidates
2 years experience recruiting for tech focused companies
2 years experience of using Workday in a recruiting function
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
Sourcing primarily, candidates management, assessment administration (source enough candidates to deliver 2-3 hires per month)
Looking to move them to a full lifecycle recruiting (2-3 hires per month)
Experience recruiting sales position is preferred
LinkedIn recruiter, Workday, GSuite
Contract to hire opportunity
Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA or Plano, TX hybrid 3 days / week
45 minutes zoom video interviews w / Gary and then 30 minutes follow with another people leader.
