Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in sales or pre-sales, consultancy, or industrial experience in fashion, furniture, automotive manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Solid knowledge of 4.0 industry expertise and digital transformation principles is essential.
- Strong consultative sales approach and ability to translate features into benefits that resonate with customers' challenges.
- Ability to assess business processes and identify how our solutions will improve them.
- Capability to identify financial impacts of customers' current practices and processes and build business cases with different scenarios to emphasize the actual added value of our solutions.
- Real team player with a strong ability to hand over complex projects to delivery and technical teams.
- Passionate about technology and high ability to influence and inspire various stakeholders (C-Level, middle management, operations, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in an industrial engineering discipline or related area is required.
