- Institutional Services: Acting as Chief Retirement Plan Officer for plan sponsors and offering fiduciary investment guidance to foundations, endowments, and family offices.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Finance to lead and enhance the firm’s financial operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this leadership role will be instrumental in financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, benefits administration, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Lead the annual budgeting process and track performance against projections
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage quarterly shareholder distributions and coordinate corporate tax filings
- Administer payroll, HSA contributions, and 401(k) disbursements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and plan administration
- Partner with internal Tax & Accounting teams to support client-facing financial services
- Coordinate annual financial audits and maintain timely vendor payments and revenue collection
What We’re Looking For
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting or management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
- Client-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: $150,000–$160,000 (based on experience)
