REMOTE - ERP Business Analyst

CONTRACT - 6 Months

Job Description :

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our team and help us improve our ERP systems and processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and maintaining ERP systems, with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

Work with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases related to ERP systems.
Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process optimization and automation.
Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications for developers and designers, including data models, mockups, and wireframes.
Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to specifications and meet quality standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on ERP systems, processes, and products.
Continuously monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Deep understanding of business processes and requirements in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to document requirements and specifications clearly and accurately.
