CONTRACT - 6 months

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and application management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and escalate issues as appropriate
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders
• Ensure that project documentation is complete and accurate
• Assist in developing project scope, requirements, and objectives
• Participate in project status meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues
• Manage project change requests, including scope, schedule, and budget changes
• Ensure that project quality standards are met or exceeded

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in retail or related industries
• Experience with project management tools and software applications
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail experience is a huge plus
• Application management experience is required
