What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst position at Artemis?
We are a well-funded non-profit organization and are in an exciting time as we begin to expand our programs, as well as our footprint. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that can partner with our CFO in building out a more robust finance and reporting apparatus that will enable our team to understand what is going on, how programs are performing, and where we can take the organization. This will be an incredibly exciting role for someone who enjoys the creative aspects of finance and building things such as custom reports, dashboards, templates, etc..
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the CFO in defining business objectives and developing custom reports, dashboards, and templates to create visibility into the operations.
- Analyze financial data across the organization's programs and report on performance, fund utilization, expenses, etc.
- Work with the CEO and CFO to develop performance metrics for the organization's programs and define what success looks like within the field operations
- Collaborate with the program teams in reviewing the financial and operational reports
- Assist the accounting team with general accounting activities, as needed
- Create new reports to consolidate individual program data and create more macro-level visibility
- Review program expenditures and work with the CFO and program managers on budget preparation and expense management
- Provide ad hoc support on special projects and new initiatives
