- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to address any issues or delays.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
