ARTEX LABEL & GRAPHICS is a growing state-of-the-art Digital and Flexographic printing enterprise located in Zeeland, Michigan. Our goal is to provide the excellent quality and service our customers expect. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative.
The applicant should have previous customer service/internal sales experience, with a manufacturing/printing background preferred. This individual exercises appropriate independent judgment while following company policies, procedures and specifications.
Job Summary:
The CSR assists the sales team by processing customer inquiries and orders from beginning to end. In doing so, he/she is a liaison between all departments (Sales, Art, Purchasing, Production, Shipping) and the customer.
Job Duties:
-Taking orders and information from customers via phone, fax, or emails to create a mix of product, tickets, or return material authorizations. Process customer requirements and inquiries by gathering information for quoting for relaying to sales and production for existing items.
-Entering data gathered via Label Traxx software. Sending confirmation, pak slips and any requested/required documents to customers.
-Meeting customer deadlines or revising dates to meet customer satisfaction and Artex production capabilities for ticket entered.
-Meeting face to face with customer and sales department
-Filing of tickets/customer job jackets.
-Managing customer inventory in house for applicable accounts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
