Main Objective:
The Redspot Technology Specialist serves a wide range of functions in support of the Redspot Support Team.

The Redspot Technology Specialist serves a wide range of functions in support of the Redspot Support Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as first-line support to internal and external users of the Redspot software.
- Consistently provide superior customer service to Arthrex agency users and Arthrex corporate teams
- Answer questions and research problems thoroughly to provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users on the system.
- Work collaboratively with Arthrex corporate teams to provide excellent user experience.
- Create relationships and connections with users whenever possible
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or… 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- One or more years of software support experience in each of the above essential duties and responsibilities is preferred
- Prior experience working with custom software is preferred
- Prior experience working in the medical device industry is preferred
- Prior end-user training experience is preferred
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and customer accounts at any given time is required
- Superior follow [1] through on assigned tasks in terms of timeliness, communication, and accuracy is required
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the software, process, and work is required
- Ability to work independently in sometimes ambiguous circumstances is required
