Medical Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MEDICAL Clinic Operations Manager to oversee our healthcare facility's daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical management and healthcare management, ensuring compliance while effectively managing staff and resources. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Optimize insurance contracts, renegotiations, optimize EMR use, AI etc
• Optimize overhead costs, negotiations etc
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and ACTIVELY work on those areas
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and resource allocation.
• Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.
• Facilitate training programs for staff development in line with best practices in healthcare management.

Experience

• Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
• A background in a healthcare setting is preferred, with experience in managing diverse teams being a significant advantage.

Pay: $63,043.00 - $74,886.00 per year
