We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional support to our team. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee office management tasks such as supply ordering, inventory management, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Coordinate schedule management for team members, ensuring that appointments and meetings are organized effectively.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Develop training programs for new employees and provide ongoing training development for existing staff.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication strategies.
- Maintain organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility of information within the office.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional interaction.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and office management tools is a plus.
- Experience in event planning and team management will be advantageous.
