Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala P.A. is seeking an experienced paralegal to support our attorneys in our subrogation practice group.
We are seeking a dynamic paralegal who is detail-oriented and organized to assist with investigating facts, identify and interview potential witnesses, and manage all aspects of discovery.
We are open to hybrid working arrangements and flexible schedules. Our qualifications include :
- Senior level paralegal with experience investigating personal injury, and / or liability claims
- Outstanding proofreading, grammar, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently, take initiative while working collectively in a team environment
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills with the ability to work directly and effectively with clients, counsel, experts, and witnesses
- Experience tracking and entering billable time would be a benefit
At Arthur Chapman, we provide a competitive compensation package, reflective of experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and 401k with a safe harbor allocation after one year of service.
