Proximity to one of our offices (Boston, San Francisco, New York, Detroit or Atlanta (anticipated in 2025) is required. This role is hybrid, suggested 2 – 3 days in the office (when not on client site), however, flexibility is available on a case-by-case basis.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Automotive and Manufactured Goods team as Managers. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in strategy consulting and industry expertise, as well as a passion for transforming the automotive and manufactured goods sectors.
As a manager you will :
- Lead project teams through an efficient and effective problem-solving process, from initial hypotheses to actionable recommendations.
- Ensure recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
- Assist with and lead business development opportunities, including identifying potential clients, developing proposals, and building long lasting client relationships to expand the team’s market presence.
- Exhibit thought leadership at the strategic level while commanding all the technical and operational details critical to successful execution.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence by addressing client challenges with industry-specific solutions.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff.
