Intern - Training and Support

Article Student Living is excited to invite you to our 2025 internship program! Our Training and Support team is looking for a summer intern to support several projects directly supporting the Property Management team. You will work with our teams to ensure properties are well-equipped with resources and help in the execution of current and new procedures.

This 10-week internship program will run from June 2nd to August 8th, 2025.

There will be events planned throughout the program, such as lunch and learns, systems training, and an end-of-the-internship project presentation. There's a lot to learn and fun to be had. We can't wait to begin.

You will report to the Director of Training & Support.

When not traveling, you will work on-site at our Fulton Market office 4-5 days a week.

You will travel up to 50% of the time.

Your compensation will be $18.00 per hour

Your Mission

• Audit resources to ensure the accuracy of information
• Ensure properties have resources and systems ready for move-in
• Work with the team to create content
• Monitor the Entrata dashboard and address overdue items
• Help with our Phone Shop Improvement Plans and any updates to our processes
  
  

Your Track Record

• 1 years' experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service
• Excellent implementation abilities
• Experience managing internal and external relationships   
• Experience working with Entrata
